Why haven't I received my payout yet?
There are various reasons why your payment might not yet have been processed:
• Payment threshold higher than account balance: If the payment threshold you have selected on your Payment Details page exceeds your available balance, please either lower your threshold or wait for your balance to exceed your threshold.
• Account information not complete: Please make sure that you have completed all necessary information on your Account Details page.
• Payout method not complete: Please make sure that you have completed all necessary information on your Payment Details page.
• Payment details updated too late: In case you update your payment details, please make sure to update them before the 6th of the month in order to get your payment included in the upcoming payment cycle.
